I visited a place that gets mentioned a lot around me. The consultation was conducted in a way that felt cut off from the outside. Even when going in for the consultation, you had to have the door opened at the entrance to get in. They were kind, but maybe because the manager lacked experience, they couldn't explain things or respond properly. It lowered my expectations. The doctor seemed trustworthy, but I couldn't tell how much experience they had, which made me wonder.
