The consultation was kind and made me feel reassured, and they took enough time to talk with me. They told me in numbers how much satisfaction I could expect. The director seemed full of energy, like a kind neighbor uncle. The staff member was middle-aged, so compared with other hospitals, she felt stable and kind. I am still thinking about it, but if I were to have it done here, I feel like this would be a hospital I could trust and have surgery at with confidence. It seems a lot of patients come through word of mouth and introductions from acquaintances, and there were many middle-aged customers. It seems they do a lot of lower blepharoplasty.
