I came back to get spots and milia removed, but unlike last time, the price came out much higher than I expected, so I was taken aback. I went there looking for a relatively inexpensive place to save money, but the procedure itself was not satisfying and it felt like the removal was not clean either, which made me even more disappointed. More than anything, what felt most uncomfortable was that there was no advance notice or sufficient explanation that a charge of this amount could come up. If I had been informed beforehand, I would have considered other options, so the lack of that part was disappointing, and it ended up being an experience that lowered my trust.
