The manager first checked my surgical history in detail. It was the first time I'd been to a clinic where the manager explained everything thoroughly before the director came in. Then the director came in, and from a patient's perspective they showed good empathy, and they seemed to have pride in the surgery and also looked very professional. However, the estimate came out much higher than I expected, so I had to give up with tears in my eyes. If I had the budget, I think I would have done it at this hospital!
