Overall, the consultation and responses were very kind, so I was able to feel comfortable from the first visit. The staff explained everything one by one in detail and answered my questions thoroughly, which built trust. However, for the square-jaw Botox procedure, I didn't feel the effect I had expected, which was disappointing. I thought there would be changes as time passed, but the difference wasn't very noticeable, so my satisfaction was somewhat low. Even so, the overall service and atmosphere remain in my memory as a good experience.
