I carefully considered my first nose surgery and got silicone + autologous costal cartilage at Tianna. It's been 6 months and I'm more than 70% satisfied. My original nose really bothered me, so the improvement was huge and I'm satisfied. But the tip of my nose is too droopy from the side, and that keeps bothering me every time I look in the mirror.. I want a revision almost. Still, for a first surgery, I think this level is a complete success. I wanted a more refined look, but people around me said they can't tell I had any nose surgery at all.. The hospital facilities are also clean, and the director is fairly kind.
