He seems to honestly say when something can't be done, and he said there wasn't anything that could be improved But most people unhappy with nose surgery are unhappy with the shape, so is it really difficult to revise for that reason alone? Rather than it being a difficult case, it felt more like he just couldn't empathize with how much I wanted to improve the shape.. It seemed like the current nose was already okay enough for the doctor's aesthetic sense But he didn't catch that the starting point was way too high and that the tip shape still needed improvement. Basically he said surgery could be done, but there wouldn't be much to improve, and the frontal view wouldn't improve.
