I started with a consultation with the director, then moved on to a consultation with the manager. The consultation with the director didn’t make sense.. it wasn’t like “this will get better” or “it’ll work out,” he just said his own piece, and when I asked something he seemed frustrated? and looked at me like it was absurd...? His manner of speaking was unfriendly and I just didn’t like it.. I honestly don’t know how to put it; it felt like he was just nitpicking everything I said and speaking negatively about it. Then the manager consultation: she just said, “Do you have any questions?” gave me the price, and that was it. The price was also more expensive than other hospitals, and VAT was added on top of everything (they said they’d take off the VAT if you were referred by an acquaintance). Then I paid 5,000 won and left. It was a waste to spend time going there, and there was no need to pay for the consultation at all. My mom also said this was the worst hospital out of all the ones she has consulted at up to now.
