I went for a consultation for removal surgery after having nose surgery somewhere else a year ago~ I went in hearing that the director was cynical and conservative, and so on, but they were kinder than I expected. Still, they definitely weren’t the type to give you confidence. They said the tip of the nose could end up getting very blunt, and the consultation manager also said that while it probably wouldn’t be like that, depending on the case the tip could end up drooping more or being lifted up~ It felt like they were telling me the maximum possible range of outcomes, and they didn’t take a CT, only palpated, but after showing me photos of patients with similar cases, they said there was definitely room to improve the part I wanted fixed. But it won’t become pretty.. and it won’t be fixed permanently, etc. I got the feeling it was professional. Weirdly, I just somehow trust them a lot. The price is reasonable too. I’m still thinking about the decision...
