First of all, the doctor is kind, and the consultation manager is kind too. I’m looking into lowering the nose line and reducing the alar width They recommended the septal cartilage and ear cartilage. But I’m worried that if they use ear cartilage, it might sag quickly. I think it’s an advantage that they don’t pack the nose with gauze. But they said they would use sedation anesthesia and wake me up in between, so that makes me a little scared.....
