From the very first visit, the overall atmosphere was comfortable, and I felt much less tense. During the consultation, both the staff and the director were very kind, and they listened carefully to my facial condition and concerns one by one, which made me trust them. I liked that instead of pushing a procedure on me, they explained in detail what direction would suit me better and what the pros and cons were. Even though I asked a lot of questions, they answered calmly without looking annoyed at all, which was especially impressive. It was a consultation where I could fully understand and decide, and I hope the procedure itself is carried out as quickly, comfortably, and painlessly as possible. They also explained the aftercare and precautions well afterward, so it was a satisfying experience.
