I went without making a reservation, so there was a bit of a wait. I'm the type who gets greedy about the height of the nose tip, and they recommended costal cartilage too. It felt a little burdensome, so I was hesitant. This is the price based on not using rib cartilage. Both the consultant and the doctor were kind. I'm thinking it over carefully.
