The waiting time was really, really long, and there was no advance notice at all. So I was very irritated at first, but during the consultation the director apologized and honestly said that the communication had gotten tangled up, so my mood improved. The consultation was professional and the staff were kind. Still, if there is going to be a wait in advance, I wish they would contact people properly.
