The manager seemed to care more about whether I would get the procedure than about the actual expertise of the procedure. It felt like gaslighting...? I kept worrying and they kept saying things like, "I still don't trust it" and stuff like that, and this was the first place I'd ever seen a manager act like this. The consultation fee had to be paid for the reservation to be confirmed, and it felt like I just wasted the consultation fee. It's been a while since I went, so I don't remember the procedure price exactly, which is why I wrote it like that.
