I had the Elscotip procedure. Unlike the existing Elsco, it's a PDO thread form focused more on lifting the tip of the nose. Four threads were inserted, and due to the structure of Elscotip, it went in to about the same extent as if 8 threads of nose-lifting thread had been inserted. And the result is very satisfying. It's amazing that just nose lifting threads can bring out the columellar angle and the tip of the nose this much. It's been 2 months since I had it, and one downside is that as the thread dissolves, the support gets weaker so it doesn't feel the same as at first, but other than that there are no side effects, and the price isn't that high, so I plan to get it periodically.
