I got a consultation for rhinoplasty, and first of all, they really preferred a very natural-looking nose, which matched my taste well. The photos they showed at the clinic were all pretty and naturally styled. They didn’t particularly recommend an implant, but if I were to use one, they said Gore-Tex would be best, so I’m a little torn.
