Before surgery: no fat, no epicanthic folds, open eyes with the inner corner mucosa originally visible, large eyes (back in the day... there were circle lenses only big-eyed people could wear lol), but the ptosis was extremely severe (genetic), so I had forehead wrinkles since elementary school, and because my eyelashes were long and straight, this was an eye that could be operated on under insurance at an eye clinic Surgery: full incision with ptosis correction, early 2011 (?) I had surgery here 3 times lol The first time, even before the stitches were removed, the swelling went down quickly and it was natural enough that I could put on makeup and go to academy classes. But maybe because my ptosis was very strong, it came undone twice after that When it came undone, my eye would suddenly ache with a sharp, tingling feeling, then swell up badly, and after the swelling went down, it would have come undone The swelling lasted progressively longer: first surgery < second surgery <<< third surgery. The last time it took so long that I wondered what was going on, checked in the bathroom, and found a tiny stitch left behind, so I barely pulled it out by hand, and within a few days the swelling went down (I didn't receive anything; I'm writing an honest review!) On the third time, maybe there was adhesions, because when removing the stitches I was in so much pain that they were flustered, and I just let it go thinking they had made a mistake Result: There probably aren't many people who had full-incision surgery and had it come undone twice? I think it was because the muscle that opens my eyes was weak. The first time, unless I showed the stitches myself, other people couldn't even tell I had surgery, and the swelling was basically gone by around day 3. Maybe it was also because I had little fat in my eyes and was sturdier overall, but basically they seem to be good at surgery. Now that I've had it done three times, there's a slight overcorrection (mucosal eversion in the black iris area), and the surgical scar is sunken, with scar tissue and marks all clearly visible. As for the shape... since everyone says my eyes are pretty, I think they are good at setting the line I had surgery 15 years ago, during the winter after the CSAT, and I checked just in case and they're still doing surgeries? This place originally had separate directors for eyes (I-L) and nose (Ham-H), so it was LH, but it seems the nose director became independent. Even when I had surgery, they were older and seemed safe, so I chose this place, and now they must be practically the longtime fixture here lol
