I came in for a Pico toning session as a weekday first-visit event. I arrived a little earlier than my appointment time, but there was a bit of a wait for consultation. The coordinator staff who guided me were extremely kind. The consultation director mistook me for someone accompanied by another person and told me to come into the consultation room together, but when I said that person wasn't with me, they checked and called me back again a little later. There was no apology for the mix-up... the consultation itself had no detailed explanation and they just processed the payment. Aside from that, the staff in the treatment room and the director were kind and guided me well, so that was fine. Overall the facilities were clean and the price was reasonable, so I would revisit, but the consultation needs improvement.
