Director Seoman-gun has been famous for noses for a long time, so he had been on my shortlist for years, but I kept chasing aesthetics alone and only came back after things got extremely difficult (contracture + columella depression + skin granuloma, etc.). Of course I went expecting costal cartilage, and I came with questions prepared. He examined everything carefully and explained it in detail! Technology has also advanced a lot in the meantime, so customized design is now possible with a mold-type method haha.
