I made a reservation for 2cc of Rejuran Healer on Yeoshin Ticket and went. It was a big hospital so I was surprised. I filled out the chart there and was told to go upstairs, so I went upstairs. Then I had to sign some consent forms and go inside. I went in and waited in the treatment room, and a staff member said something to me, I said yes, and then the doctor came. She started explaining Rejuran Eye, and I was like, huh? This isn’t that, it’s Rejuran, but suddenly she got flustered and started scrambling around with the staff, then brought another syringe, inserted the needle, and while saying, this is the cannula, right? I wasn’t really sure?? yes?? Rejuran? then oh, it’s a manual injection, sorry, and she took me back to the waiting room, put the anesthetic cream on again, and made me wait… In the end I did get the correct treatment, but it felt unpleasant and the staff seemed disorganized. Even when I left, they were like, you got Rejuran Eye well, right? and…
