First of all, the hospital is big and the facility seems clean. I often saw foreigners when I went there too! The wait isn't long if you make a reservation, and the clinician seems to change if you haven't been in a while, maybe because it's laser hair removal. If I mention before starting that there's an area I'd like them to pay attention to, or ask them to be thorough, they definitely take care of it, which I appreciated. I haven't ever felt that they were rude. Of course, friendliness and how much attention they give the laser will probably vary by clinician at the time. So I recommend remembering the clinician you liked and booking on the days they're working!
