I’ve been going to this dermatology clinic for a long time, so I just got jaw Botox without really looking into it! Jaw Botox is of course hard not to work, so the strong jaw muscles did calm down, but the hospital had set the Botox interval at around 6 months. I heard that in the early 20s, the usual thing is to get it once a year, but I didn’t know that back then and went again after 6 months. After that, my face may have become a bit peanut-shaped and I did get some hollowing in the cheeks.. but the staff were kind, and as someone who had been stressed about my jaw muscles, it was fine.
