There was a bit of a wait because my surgery was before the appointment time, but even though they must have been tired, they explained everything carefully and passionately for a long time and gave me a good consultation. The consultation manager was also kind, and there was no consultation fee. The hospital’s clientele seemed to be on the older side, and I could feel the doctor’s experience and expertise. I couldn’t make a decision because there seemed to be some difference between the result I wanted and the surgical method they explained to me, but it was a hospital I would recommend to people considering surgery to get a consultation at.
