It's ambiguous The director recommended a surgical method that isn't commonly used these days, and the diagnosis was basically that everything is the same The manager was kind and there was a consultation fee, but I cooled off when I saw that if you made a reservation they try to bargain the surgery fee. It's not like they're selling vegetables at a market, it's surgery where they put a knife to a person's face.
