My face is a bit peanut-shaped, so when I got Botox I asked them to put it as far back as possible, but my peanut shape got worse, so I wondered if it was just my face shape that was the problem. While waiting, I heard a woman whose procedure had gone badly? was arguing with the staff, asking why they weren’t answering the phone, and there had been some problem, but the hospital’s response was really bad. She came with a friend to complain, and the staff kept speaking in a kind of throwing-it-at-you way. Seeing that made me anxious, because I felt that if something went wrong here, I’d end up like that person.
