The director was a little cynical, but I actually liked that. He would clearly say if something was no and say if something was yes. I went for a canthoplasty consultation, and at other hospitals they kept suggesting things like revision surgery and forehead lift, which felt annoying, but here they didn't say anything, so when I brought up a forehead lift myself, he said it wasn't time for that yet and to do it later, which made me trust him. The manager did push for a reservation a bit. But that's something you get anywhere.
