I went in for a consultation for revision surgery. First of all, I can’t say the director was unfriendly, but they weren’t particularly warm either. Some people may think, “A doctor just needs to be good at surgery, why do they need to be warm?” but since my second surgery last time didn’t go well, I needed a doctor who could empathize with me, so I was a bit hesitant about surgery. I wanted to explain why my revision surgery satisfaction dropped, but the director seemed to think the future was more important and didn’t place much importance on the history, and that’s how I felt. It’s not wrong, though,, Still, they seemed to understand what I meant when I talked about the surgery and empathized with me, and their surgical skill seems good too. The consultation manager said they had surgery with the director, and it seemed like they turned out really nicely. For now, I’m planning to go through the consultations and maybe do it here in the end. The staff also seemed kind. And watching YouTube, I felt trust from the video content saying that they would entrust their daughter’s surgery to them as well.
