The consultation manager gave a detailed and professional explanation, which made me trust them. The doctor’s consultation time was short, but they answered my questions sincerely, and I liked that they honestly talked about possible surgical side effects. The fact that they strongly recommended the diet program, even though I was only asking about another surgery, was a bit questionable. The hospital facilities are good, and the staff are kind.
