I visited by appointment. It wasn't crowded, and I liked that there was no wait. The doctor and the manager were both kind~ I first consulted with the consultation manager, then met with the doctor, and afterward the consultation manager explained the cost. The doctor explained my current eye condition and the surgical method while drawing diagrams. They didn't push any excessive recommendations, and when I asked, they firmly said it wasn't necessary, which made me trust them more. They also let me know that if I had any questions later, I could contact the consultation manager directly, which was helpful.
