I went in for a consultation about forehead reduction. After taking photos, I lay down on something like an operating table with the doctor in a white coat, and they checked the elasticity of my scalp, then said they could reduce it by about 1.8 to 2 cm. Some other hospitals just check it roughly by eye. This hospital seems to measure by hand feel, at least that's what it felt like. Members of this community said 1.59 million won was the recent price, so I asked just in case, but that was the old price and now it's 2.079 million won, they said ㅠㅠ They also said there is no discount ㅠㅠ. Even if I need another reduction revision after a year depending on the condition, there is no discount then either. This was my first time at a plastic surgery clinic, so on impulse I even went ahead and paid the reservation fee in advance. While talking with the consultant, I kind of got swept away... they were good at their job. I was inexperienced. They said if I didn't book right away the price would go up and so on, and I fell for it ㅠㅠ I was such a sucker. I put down 10% of the surgery cost as an advance deposit. I even signed a contract saying the deposit would not be refunded if I canceled the reservation... I looked into it and found out that the amount minus the 10% can be refunded. One unusual thing is that, unlike other hospitals, this place says scars heal faster if they are managed dry and cold. The consultant was kind and the doctor was kind too, and they explained things well. But please don't do the reservation deposit thing like I did. Please... Thanks to that, I went to the next hospital with my head screwed on straight. You are the customer and the one who makes the decisions, and plastic surgery is something you may only get a few times in your life. Please consult calmly, carefully, and with room to think. Don't be impulsive like me.
