Hmm, I had my secondary correction for back and lower canthoplasty here. The surgery ended well and the eyes closed well, but I don't really recommend it. It would probably be better to go to a specialized clinic for revision procedures. Like any plastic surgery clinic, they don't separately manage things like scars after the revision. After the back-and-lower canthoplasty correction, I still have a cut-and-suture scar behind the tissue, but the doctor says it will disappear, and the clinic doesn't provide any separate aftercare, so I felt like they were only kind during the consultation after all. What I was disappointed about was that I didn't have any scar tissue and my eye only needed to be closed, but they cut away tissue. I regret not telling them during the consultation not to cut the tissue. Still, I think the eyes were closed well, and I'm just waiting for the incision scar in the back to disappear.
