The consultation with the director itself wasn't bad. Because of my underlying condition, they explained that I had to have surgery safely and spoke honestly about it. Their aesthetic sense actually doesn't seem to match mine, so I won't be doing it, but I appreciated how straightforward they were. But honestly, I think this hospital really needs to replace the staff. Every time I could hear them gossiping about patients at the counter, it was so unpleasant I thought to myself that if this is how they talk behind people's backs, I absolutely won't do it here. I was also honestly shocked when I asked for before-and-after photos and they just opened the website and told me to look for myself.
