I came after a consultation, and there were a lot of people and they seemed busy. The manager was fairly kind, and the director seemed to answer the questions I asked in a calm way. As soon as I went in, they accurately identified the shape of my eyes, and they specifically pointed out that one side protruded more and that was why the front line was different, which made me trust them more. They adjusted the line a few times, and it seemed natural. I remember them asking right away why I wanted surgery when I already had double eyelids!! Anyway, they seemed professional and good!
