I had it done 3 years ago. I don't know where the director went, but... right after the splint came off, the silicone at the glabella area was sticking out. But I only noticed that at home, thought it was strange, and found out when I went back for a follow-up (on the day the splint was removed, another doctor checked it). They said a hematoma had formed underneath, but I had not responded well to the general anesthesia, and on the surgery day? I vomited badly (I was told not to, but I couldn't hold it in), so maybe bleeding occurred... I think. Anyway, I got early correction on day 15 and lived for 3 years fairly satisfied with the shape. But these days the tip of my nose seems discolored? Thinner and reddish, so I'm looking into reoperation.
