I asked about a same-day consultation and fortunately they said yes, so I went and got a consultation. After waiting a bit, I met with the consultation manager and then had a consultation with the director. It just felt like a normal double-eyelid consultation, and I think they said the after-service warranty was 3 years. It was a while ago, so that part might be different... I was recommended a 6-point buried suture. The director answered everything I asked very kindly. The manager was also really kind. If you go there, you can look at a booklet of before-and-after photos, and the review photos were incredible.......
