Before surgery, I wondered whether ear cartilage would improve the front view well, but personally I feel the symmetry was balanced and the columella became more defined (instead of hanging down like a squid, it gained a focal point, which made the face look more stable overall). It didn't become sharply elevated or anything like that, so you should hope for improvement rather than a dramatic change. The side profile definitely improved. But I'm worried it might droop later.
