My belly fat was stressful, so I only had abdominal liposuction. It seems similar to LAMS...? They gave local anesthesia and injected a fat-dissolving solution into my belly, and I thought my stomach was going to burst I couldn't do the aftercare like radiofrequency, but I developed fibrosis and became bumpy. I think this bumpy state lasted about two or three months... I was left with two scar holes too They were more noticeable than I expected; not just tiny needle holes.. more like small incisions. If I was going to be left with scars like this, I think I would have considered regular liposuction instead.. That said, my belly fat didn't disappear dramatically either. It feels like my stomach just became saggy somehow, so I'm just not going to do things like this anymore and will lose weight by exercising
