Surgery review 3,700 cc of pure fat removed; each thigh was reduced by 10 cm. Before surgery, I had a lot of fat throughout my lower body from my buttocks to my knees. In particular, my saddlebags were very thick and protruded outward. The director said it was an unusual body type, haha. When I was comparing clinics, I was afraid of complications. This was a first-generation clinic for liposuction and I had heard it focused on safety, so although it was about 2 million won more expensive than elsewhere, I chose it. Overall, I am very satisfied. Each thigh was reduced by 10 cm, and the saddlebags that concerned me most improved. However, I was told during the consultation that because my hip joints are wide and there is muscle in the saddlebag area, it would be impossible to remove everything completely. Therefore, a very slight saddlebag bulge and hip dips remain. Still, it improved a great deal compared with before surgery. Now I have a body where the saddlebags are not particularly prominent. They seem to have removed the thigh fat well overall, but the inside of my left thigh is slightly lumpy. I still don't know whether it is temporary induration or a complication. It doesn't bother me much, so I am simply living with it. Maybe it will improve with aftercare? This clinic does not make aftercare mandatory. (I can't be bothered to go in for it anyway.)
