At first, I wanted a particular laser, but after the consultation I decided on Thermage. There was nothing especially notable. For Thermage, they confirmed the genuine product in front of me, inserted and opened the tip, and checked the number of shots at the end. The Botox was in a pre-divided syringe; before the injection I asked whether it was Xeomin, and they said yes, but I couldn't verify it separately. I was consulted right at my reserved time, and although there were many people on the day I went, I received the procedure without delay, which I liked. The convenient location is also an advantage.
