I watched YouTube, went for a consultation about revision rhinoplasty, and ended up having the surgery. The director was exactly like in the videos. They talk a lot, but explain things clearly using only the facts, so there is no room for confusion. Not many people use rib cartilage for their first surgery, and there are not many reviews at other clinics from people like me who had rib cartilage removed during revision surgery, so I was extremely worried. Before I even mentioned my concerns, the director explained everything about that point, so I hardly had anything left to ask. They covered whether the rib cartilage could be removed, how the shape and line might change afterward, and what new material would be recommended. They even ran what looked like a program on the monitor to show me a simulation of my face after surgery. Comparing the line they showed me then with my nose now, they look really similar. It was not cheap by my standards, but I am satisfied because it was worth the cost.
