When I went for the consultation, the director explained things well and showed me photos while explaining in detail. The price was a bit burdensome, but for people stressed out by scars, it wasn't too expensive, and I think it was something like an extra one session after a certain number of sessions. I was also very stressed about my scar and thought about it a lot, but I didn't get the procedure. The consultation itself wasn't bad, and I had gone in already deciding to get the procedure, but at the time I heard a patient who had gotten the procedure say in the elevator that it had no effect, and I also heard people talking like that inside the hospital, so I kept thinking about it and decided not to get it
