The back of my head was flat, and the right back side of my head had a sunken area, so there was asymmetry too... Since my head shape looked flat from the side, my hair also looked way too thin, and overall my face-to-head proportions felt off. I deliberated for a long time and finally went through with it, but I absolutely don’t regret it. From the side, it looks round with no asymmetry and without any unnatural feeling, and it even looks pretty when I tie my hair up!!! After the procedure there was some soreness, but it went away after about a week. At first it felt a bit soft too... but over time it became firm, just like my original head. They also check the progress after a month, and at that time there was a slight uneven area, which they corrected for me
