I had the surgery in 2020.. forehead, front cheek fat grafting + chin liposuction. During the consultation, the doctor explained things well, and the consultation manager also explained things well. There was a little bit of pushing, though. In the end, the chin volume was reduced a lot as I wanted, and the forehead and front cheek grafts took well. Especially the forehead, the sunken parts were naturally filled, and I love it so much. For the first year after surgery, people around me even asked if I was going through a hard time lately because the fat in my chin and cheeks had become way too thin, so I didn’t like it.. But starting from the second and third years, the cheek fat came back little by little, so it seems more natural now. My face shape is also reasonably satisfying. As for the front cheeks, I’m not sure whether they sagged with time or the fat sagged, but I think the nasolabial folds are appearing little by little. Also, they gave me chin Botox as a service, and because of that, or because of something that went wrong with the surgery, my left jaw muscle has almost completely disappeared even now.. I like having some jawbone, so I’m disappointed about this. And there’s a slight vertical line on the left cheek area of my jaw. It’s fine when my face is neutral, but when I turn my head or lower it or move, the jawbone isn’t supporting it and there’s a vertical line, so it’s so stressful.. But no surgery can be 100% satisfying, so even taking this into account, overall I’m satisfied....
