Done with no implant, using septal cartilage. They said if I only raised the nose, the mouth could look more protruded, so they focused on lowering the nose and mentioned fat grafting for the forehead and chin, but I didn’t do it. What I was unhappy about - During the consultation, they said lowering the nose would make the philtrum look shorter and the alar base look smaller, but 5 minutes before surgery they changed their story and said the philtrum could look longer and the alar base could look wider, so I urgently added alar reduction. - We decided to use septal cartilage + ear cartilage, but they didn’t use the ear cartilage, and it seems like they didn’t deduct the cost. As aftercare, they gave me swelling management and scar tissue injections. I’m satisfied with the result. If you like a natural look, I think you’ll be satisfied too.
