I had booked and went, but there were a lot of visitors at the same time so it seemed busy. The front desk, the counseling manager, and the doctor were all kind. The doctor’s consultation felt cool, or maybe a little quick and rough. Since they specialize in eye surgery, I expected more detailed explanations about eye types and such, but there weren’t any, so that was disappointing. They asked what surgery I wanted and only gave counseling tailored to that. Still, they answered all my questions, and I liked the line they designed for me. They checked it several times. Everyone, including the doctor and the manager, did not pressure me into surgery, which made me comfortable, and they told me to think it over enough before booking. The revision surgery had an extra fee, so the estimate was more expensive than I expected
