I had it done 3 years ago, I think, and I'm so, so satisfied. At first I wondered if it would have been better to take even more out, but this amount is insanely satisfying too. And whether I gain weight or lose weight, it stays maintained. For about one or two months, it hurt a lot to raise my arms, but now everything is fine, and it's the only surgery I've ever been truly happy with.. As my arms got thinner, my upper body looked so much slimmer and I liked that. I remember the doctor was kind too. But there was something like a fold of armpit fat, and back then they said it would disappear after surgery when we checked the result, but it's still there now. That's the disappointing part...
