The doctor was seriously super kind. They had this pediatrician-like vibe, being very kind to little kids. They kept asking if I had any questions and explained in detail things like how much strength I have when opening my eyes, what my eye structure is like, and how the line would turn out. I’ve gone around to about 6 places so far, and among them, both the doctor and the manager here were the kindest! Some places don’t really offer any aftercare, but here they said they’d check once 4–5 days later, again after 1 month, and again after 6 months, all free of charge, which made me trust them a lot. Usually they just answer when you ask and that’s it, but here the manager took the lead and explained aftercare in a very detailed way, saying there would absolutely be no shadow doctor and that we could even view the CCTV, I think, and they explained very kindly that ever since the hospital opened there has never been an accident and that the director is really meticulous and takes good care of people. It was the only place that spent nearly an hour on the consultation, with manager, doctor, manager. I felt very confident and was grateful that they gave me so much time. The unusual thing was that they said surgery would be performed while keeping me under sleep anesthesia the whole time? But the line they drew wasn’t really to my taste. Still, the service was good and they were kind, so even if I were to have surgery, I think they’d probably keep adjusting the line well until I liked it, at least by my standards. So I’m torn.
