First of all, they were extremely kind. They were so kind that I felt the communication was going well the whole time. When I said I definitely preferred something natural, they empathized and said the clinic's philosophy was also to pursue natural results. They suggested a bone-cutting approach because my nose is large. But when I said the schedule wasn't already full because it was peak season, they said, "Schedules can always be changed~" and I found myself thinking, what if they casually reshuffle another customer's schedule or have someone go in as a proxy? (But that was just my imagination + suspicion lol). They really did look over everything carefully!
