The director was blunt and very conservative. I wanted a subtle but definite improvement, so I went after seeing natural-looking before-and-after photos, but he said the surgery would be complicated and difficult compared with the result I wanted, so I wondered if he was telling me not to do it. I asked about the cost, and it was so expensive that I was shocked.
