Even if you make a reservation and go, there are times when you have to wait a long time, and it felt like the person doing the procedure changed almost every time. I got laser treatment for acne and acne scars, and maybe it was just the timing, but it did improve a lot after the treatment. I wish it were a little less factory-like.
